Instructions for installing 2.0 Layout theme:
1. Go to Profile > Edit Profile > Paste the code from Box 1 > Save
2. Go to Profile > Customize Profile
3. Under Select Theme > Select No Theme
4. Click on CSS > Paste the code from Box 2 > Publish
