STEP 1: Follow the instructions to make your blinkie. Then click on download blinkie. (This will download your new blinkie to your computer.) If you want to display it online, see step 2 below.
STEP 2: If you want to generate a code to display your new blinkie on your profile, website, forum or blog, upload the blinkie you just made here to your photobucket account. Once done, use the html code provided or paste the direct link code below to create a blog or forum code.
